Superior Court Cost Schedule - Effective July 1, 2024
Form has fill-in fields that you update with your total filing fees if your court does not charge the maximum law library and ADR fees (some ADR are $5.00; some $7.50; some $10.00). It will automatically change the $ in other places of the document. The last page will need to be updated to address your State court and Magistrate Court fees if applicable.
