Each county in Georgia has a Superior Court Clerk. Click here and search for your county or city in the appropriate dropdown menu to find your clerk.
Contact information for each County Courthouse can be found here. Many county websites will have additional information in a “Clerk of Courts” or “Juror” section.

No! Public Access Terminals (PATs) will be available at the courthouse of each county for on-site electronic filing into the office of the clerk. Note that generally, your lawyer will be the one to file a Complaint into the clerk’s office and initiate a case via the e-filing vendor used by the clerk in your county.
