Superior Court Clerks’ Benevolent Fund

Superior Court Clerks’ Benevolent Fund of Georgia On April 20, 2009, the Superior Court Clerks’ Benevolent Fund was created by the Superior Court Clerks’ Association of Georgia, Inc., a Georgia non-profit corporation. The Superior Court Clerks’ Benevolent Fund is governed by a Board of Trustees that serves without compensation.

Monetary and other assistance deemed necessary by the Board of Trustees is given from the Benevolent Fund to persons who have suffered severe injury, disability or catastrophic loss resulting in great hardship. The recipients, timing, and amounts of gifts depend on the relative hardship of cases under consideration, the amount of funds available, and the Superior Court Clerks’ Association's ability to maintain the Benevolent Fund.

No governmental or taxpayers’ monies are used for any actions or purposes of the Superior Court Clerks’ Benevolent Fund and all monies derived for benevolence are solely derived from charitable gifts from individuals.

Application for assistance shall be made in writing by an actively serving Clerk of Superior Court of the State of Georgia on a form provided by the Board of Trustees of the Benevolent Fund. The decisions of the Board, as to recipients and amounts of gifts are final.

Donations to the Superior Court Clerks’ Benevolent Fund may be made by sending a completed pledge card to:
